Lori A. Anderson, DO, FCAP

Dr. Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Orange Pathology Associates.  In this role, she leads the organization by overseeing its strategic direction and operational management. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Dr. Anderson provides clinical coverage at our various sites and holds medical directorship positions within the group.

Bio

Dr. Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Orange Pathology Associates, where she leads the organization’s strategic direction and oversees daily operations. Since joining the group in 2018, she has also served as a medical director at multiple sites, a role she has held since 2016. Dr. Anderson brings extensive expertise in laboratory inspections across New York State and has served as an inspector for the College of American Pathologists (CAP). She is a graduate of the CAP’s Laboratory Leadership course and currently represents New Jersey on the CAP House of Delegates. In addition to her leadership roles, Dr. Anderson is a sought-after speaker, having delivered guest lectures on breast pathology and the evolving role of artificial intelligence in pathology. Her contributions to the field have been recognized with multiple honors, including being named a Top Doctor in New Jersey (2024) and being listed in the Marquis Who’s Who (2025).


In her spare time, Dr. Anderson holds a position as Recording Secretary for the Bergen-Passaic Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children.  Her favorite activities are board games, hiking and traveling.
