Executive team

Leads the organization as Chief Executive Officer and President of Orange Pathology Associates, overseeing strategic direction, operational management, and clinical services. Provides medical directorship and clinical coverage across multiple sites while guiding the group’s growth and leadership initiatives.

Leads the financial operations of the organization, overseeing revenue cycle management, performance analysis, risk management, and compliance. Works closely with the CEO on strategic planning, marketing, and recruitment, and advises leadership on financial reporting and new business opportunities.

Dr. Olsen has been with Orange Pathology Associates since 2001 and currently serves as a managing partner and Medical Director of Pathology at his primary hospital site.
